There is no restrictive eating plans, you will receive a calorie and macro goals as well as education on nutrition and how to achieve these goals. The plans are tailored around you, I will work along side you and tailor your plans accordingly to your goals/lifestyle and needs. Plans can be changed and adapted to suit around work and holidays. You will receive support and help from me any time and as well as weekly check ins to monitor progress. I coach people all over the UK, there is no limit with online. If you’re ready to take your training to the next level and improve your fitness, strength, and overall health while achieving structure and seeing results, you’ve come to the right place.
Your workouts will be progressed every 2/3 weeks to keep challenging your body and allow you to progress in your lifts from the previous week. Each week you have four workouts, along with a core workout and a stretching session. Feel free to select the number of workouts that best fit your schedule. I would recommend doing at least 3 a week to see the best results.

Regarding nutrition, while tracking calories isn’t mandatory, it can be beneficial if your goal is fat loss. I recommend tracking for a period to increase awareness of your intake and portion sizes. You also have access to over 500 of my recipes on here, where I also add a new one every week. Starts Monday the 6th of January.

12 WEEK SUMMER SHRED HOME BASED
This is a 12 week plan that is designed to help you become fitter, stronger and leaner. There are 4 workouts a week that are between only 20-30 minutes long. As the weeks progress the workouts will start to become a little more challenging to further push you to your goals. All your workouts have detailed descriptions, video demonstrations and teaching points. You can also track your progress through weights, reps, set, body measurement’s, photos and the scales. All of your workouts are available instantly when you download the app after purchasing. You also receive an extra core workout and stretching session. I would recommend doing the stretching after each workout and your core session x1 a week after any workout. All you need is 2 dumbbells and a resistance band. Start any time.
12 WEEK SUMMER SHRED GYM
This is a 12 week plan that is designed to help you become fitter, stronger and leaner. As the weeks progress the workouts will start to become a little more challenging to further push you to your goals. All your workouts have detailed descriptions, video demonstrations and teaching points. You can also track your progress through weights, reps, set, body measurement’s, photos and the scales. All of your workouts are available instantly when you download the app after purchasing. You also receive an extra core workout and stretching session every week. You will need a gym membership to perform these plans.
BEGINNER
Are you a beginners who is looking to drop body fat, become fitter, stronger and more confident in the gym. Are you new to the gym and not sure where to start? Then this plan is perfect for you. The plan starts with 3 full body workouts a week and then progresses into training specific muscle groups. The plan starts with dumbbells, then increases to using the machines as your confidence builds in the gym.

INTERMEDIATE
Are you a regular to training in the gym and are looking to drop body fat, become fitter, stronger and more confident in the gym? Are you going to the gym and jumping on the first bit of kit that is free? Then this plan is perfect for you, looking for some structure with your training. The plan has 4 workouts a week, primarily strength training and then progressing to hybrid style training with some extra cardio near the end to help push your body that little more and take your results to the next level. The workouts progress and change every 3 weeks.

ADVANCE
Are you already training consistently with a hybrid approach focusing on strength and cardio? Are you training each week a mixture of strength and conditioning but looking to take your fitness and stamina to the next level? Then this plan is perfect for you, looking for some structure with your training to push you out of your comfort zone and test your abilities. These workouts really push your stamina to the max. This plan has 4 workouts a week, which are a mixture of strength and cardio in each session giving a hyrox style of training. The workouts progress and change every 3 weeks.

RUNNING GUIDES

BEGINNERS 5K
Are you new to running or looking to run 5k but no idea where to start? This plan is designed to take you from never running before to doing a 5km run in just 8 weeks. You have 3 runs a week, all varying in distance, intervals and pace work, each week your runs change to keep challenging and pushing your body.

This 12 week plan is designed for beginners who are looking to start their running career and run 10km. The plan starts with 3 runs a week and then progresses to 4 runs a week. Each week the runs are slightly different.
