“ I did a thing 📸 Some of you already know over the last year (and a bit) I’ve been losing weight. I decided after my 25th birthday that I was ready to break bad habits of a lifetime.
I’ve lost 5 stone so far and decided to mark the occasion by getting some pics of the results. Doing a photoshoot is waaaay out my comfort zone. I absolutely could not have done this without support from friends, family, Barry White but most of all my PT, VIP Fitness

“A big thank you to @vickyvipfitness. You have been amazing, inspiring, believing and encouraging since I started in April. All whilst been understanding how busy life can be with other life commitments. To think I never went to the gym and trained on my own for years, after having a panic attack in one. Now I have overcome that fear and don’t know what to do on rest days 🤣. Training 4-5 times a week has become my escape, stress reliever and a way of coping with anxiety. Vicky I am so grateful you asked me to step up and do the photoshoot,  I was initially apprehensive as it was way out of my comfort zone, also meeting new people is something I can be quite avoidant of but in the end I really enjoyed it.
